| I am still fairly new to the whole world of apartments but my Dad and my brother have been in the field for a long time so I decided to get into it as well. Its something I always wanted to get into. I have a lot of medical stuff holding me back in life mainly eye problems so I was never able to get a license to drive so a big deal breaker was transpiration and no experience in the field. However, my Dad was working for a certain company and he knows a lot of people in this field and one of those guys are good friends so I was pretty much in once he recommend me. I am currently working as a groundskeeper in a complex with 350+ units. There is talk of me being promoted to a tech at some point. Curious—how did everyone else break into this field? | ||
