Ever Had a Resident Report 'Ghost Noises'? - MainMike - 05-24-2025
Got a ticket yesterday from a resident claiming there's 'whispering' in the walls. Turns out it was a loose HVAC duct rattling near a vent... but the note left on the work order just said: 'Please exorcise the demons'. Anyone else get weird stuff like this?

Haha, yep! Once had a guy swear his oven was haunted. Turns out he just never cleaned it.
